Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Package your return securely and include the RMA number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, DALVORITHA will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
